Study: RujakBase project - Myristica database for Whole Genome and Transcriptome Studies
show Abstracthide Abstract
Myristica fragrans and M. fatua belongs to the genus Myristica of Myristicaceae, it is a popular tree for spices and originated from Mollucas island, Indonesia. However, genomic information is still limited. This study elucidates genome and transcriptome for two species, M. fragrans and M. fatua to understand their phylo-genomic and transcriptomics.
Sample: Pala fragrans Leaves RNA
